A registration fee of $25.00 is due for each dancer registered.  Siblings of the same family are $20.00 each.  Our registration fee is one-time unless you choose to leave the studio for 3 months or more.


Monthly tuition must be paid in full for each month.  Students will not be allowed to attend classes or perform in the Annual Spring Gala until any and all past due balances and current month is paid in full.  Please do not cause interruption of your child’s classes because of unpaid tuition.

  • Payment is due by the 10th of the month.  No statements are mailed.
  • A late fee of $20.00 is assessed after the 10th of the month.  Form of payment accepted: checks, cash, VISA, M/C, AMEX and Debit
  • Tuition covers months with 3, 4, or 5 weeks.  For Nov, Dec, & June – full tuition is still due.
  • If you register & enroll for dance classes after the 1st of the month, tuition will be pro-rated.

Make-Up Classes

If a class is missed, then a dancer can obtain a Make-Up Pass from the front desk for a class of the same age, class type, level, or level below within 60 days of the missed class.  Student’s tuition must be current in order to take make-up classes.  Make-up classes may NOT be used in lieu of tuition. 

Adding/Dropping Classes

The front desk needs to be notified of any and all class changes between the months of July-December.  An Add/Drop Slip must be filled out by the front desk and processed that day.  Any change of tuition is also due the day the class change.  Changes to a dance schedule are not allowed March-June, as it is time to prepare for the Annual Spring Gala in June.  If you choose to drop a class, then return at a later date, your dancer may lose their place in the class. The available space will be filled by another student.  If the class is full when you return, your dancer will be placed on the waiting list.


All Corona Dance Academy staff members continually evaluate students for promotion; and will inform you when a student is technically prepared to move to the next level. If a teacher requests an evaluation, that said evaluation is free. Any class a dancer would like to be evaluated for is $10.00 per class/evaluation.  A Make-Up Evaluation slip can be obtained from the front desk.
